Operating the PL-MINI 3 is straightforward. To activate Constant On mode, simply press any button once. For Momentary On, press and hold the button until the desired output is achieved, then release to turn it off. The Strobe function can be enabled or disabled by quickly pressing the side switch 5 times or more, and holding the last press for over 1 second.
